In Rec­om­men­da­tions 14.14, 14.106, and 14.107, the lan­guage was changed from “assess“ to “screen“ for con­sis­ten­cy with Sec­tion 5.

In Rec­om­men­da­tions 14.14 and 14.17, text was added for re­fer­ral to a qualified men­tal health pro­fes­sion­al for fur­ther as­sess­ment and treat­ment.

More de­tails were added to Rec­om­men­da­tion 14.50 on foot ex­am­i­na­tions for neu­ropa­thy.
