Be­cause telemedicine is a grow­ing field that may in­crease ac­cess to care for pa­tients with di­a­betes, dis­cus­sion was added on its use to fa­cil­i­tate re­mote de­liv­ery of health-‍re­lat­ed ser­vices and clin­i­cal in­for­ma­tion.
